PC-Duo Enterprise Named “Best Buy” and Receives a “Five Star Rating” from SC Magazine

Vector Networks (www.vector-networks.com), a provider of flexible, modular solutions that help businesses optimize and control security, compliance and asset management while lowering overall operating expenses, today announced that SC Magazine has named PC-Duo Enterprise as a “Best Buy” and has awarded the software with a “Five Star Rating”, the publication’s highest rating. PC-Duo Enterprise was included in a “group test” of several other industry leading auditing tools, including LANDesk, Intuit and Configuresoft.
In its June issue, SC Magazine praised PC-Duo Enterprise for several features and benefits, including its ease of use, ease of integration with existing systems and fast analysis of hardware and software assets as well as the ability to monitor software use. The evaluation also recognized the software’s capabilities for remote software installations and updates and its integration with Active Directory.
According to SC Magazine, “This [PC-Duo Enterprise] is an excellent suite of truly useful audit utilities that is fuss-free in use and which demands no more than a minimal learning curve on the part of the user.”
Each of the seven products evaluated were rated from one to five stars based on six criteria plus an overall rating. The criteria included features, ease of use, documentation, performance, support and value for the money.
